The KRYTAC KRISS Vector Folding Stock Latch Kit is designed to break away in the event of a drop, hard strike, or other such undue force, to limit or mitigate damage to more expensive components. If your stock no longer remains locked in the deployed position because the latch has broken, you can quickly and easily replace the latch.
